Family Environment and the Concept of Tolerance among Family Members: A Case of Faisalabad-Pakistan

The present study aims at understanding the family environment and element of tolerance. For the present study 520 family members (one respondent from one family) were sampled from Faisalabad district through proportionate random sampling technique. A survey method was used as a technique of data collection and an interview schedule was administered by the researchers to collect information form the respondents. The major findings showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between family environment and the concept of tolerance among family members. Family environment is promoting the concept of religiosity as well among family members.
